Well designed and versatile. It will fit where I needed it on my women's bike in a narrow space between the paralleling frame bars coming up from the pedal area to the handlebars (placing a bar right under the handlebars left the front bike tire hanging too low on my model auto). Other adapters were too fat to put in that space. The bar also adjusts very easily and seems secure and is padded so won't scratch the paint it touches.

Great product. Simple design and great price. Worked on a small girls bike all the way to a full sized women's flat foot bike. I measured the minimum distance between the hooks @ 21 inches and with the tubes fully extended @ a maximum of 29 inches. Both rubber hook ends are coated with a high quality rubber material that is thick and will not scratch your bike. The design is simple. Basically you have two tubes that slide in and out of each other and a quick release locking mechanism like you find on the seat post of bikes. Would buy again and suggest to friends.
